STRUTHERS MEMORIAL CHURCH NEWMAINS

Each Wednesday evening we meet at 7:30pm in our Newmains Hall. This meeting is run by Pauline and Mark. Folks enjoy the informality and happy atmosphere. There is often singing and a testimony, followed by a brief word and a short time of prayer. You would be made most welcome.

We also hold a meeting on the first Sunday of each month in the evening at 6:30pm (see our What's on page for confirmation). This is taken by Diana Rutherford. There is children's singing and a short talk before they go out for their own activities and games whilst the adults continue with their meeting.

HISTORY

We purchased the Newmains building after several years of outreach work in the area. After hiring various halls, none of which met our requirements, we became interested in the local gospel hall which was up for sale. It was just what we needed, although in much need of an upgrade. After much work, it is with great pleasure we have reopened and now have a busy and thriving work.
